Request and confirmation

Submitting the form is a booking request, not a firm booking. Your dates are held from the moment you send it until the owner replies, within 48 hours at most. The contract is formed on confirmation. With no answer in that window, the request expires and the dates are released automatically.

Price

The confirmed price is the one shown at the time of the request, taxes and fees included. It is frozen: later rate changes do not apply to a booking already taken. All amounts are in Tunisian dinars.

Payment

Payment is made in cash on arrival, by bank transfer, or by D17. Where a deposit applies, its amount is shown before you send the request. The balance is due on the day of arrival at the latest.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, with a full refund of anything paid. After that, the deposit is retained by the establishment. A cancellation by the owner gives rise to a full refund whatever the notice.

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 14:00, check-out before 10:00. Late arrival is possible if arranged in advance. An identity document is presented on arrival for each adult.

Occupancy

The number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity. The building is lived in all year round: parties are not allowed and quiet is asked for between 11pm and 8am. Damage is charged at cost.

Liability

The establishment does everything it can to ensure the apartment matches its description. Where a problem attributable to the establishment makes the apartment uninhabitable, it offers an equivalent apartment or refunds the stay in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
