What we collect
To handle a booking: name, phone, email if you give one, nationality, stay dates and number of guests. For the guest declaration required of every host in Tunisia: the type and number of each adult’s identity document, noted on arrival.
What we do not collect
No photocopy and no photograph of any identity document — the database simply has no field for it. No payment card data, since nothing is charged online. No advertising trackers, no social network pixels, no data sold on.
Why
To carry out your booking, to meet our legal obligations as a host, and to reply to you. Commercial offers go out only if you asked for them, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
How long
Booking data is kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after a year.
Cookies
One technical cookie, needed for the booking form to work and for your session to be secure. No third-party analytics cookies, and therefore no banner to click.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. We reply within 30 days.
